Texas Certificate of Fact

A Certificate of Fact is an official document issued by the secretary of state that confirms that your entity is authorized to do business in that state. They are often referred to as a “Certificate of Status” or “Certificate of Good Standing”.

A Certificate of Fact confirms that your entity has paid taxes and submitted an annual report (if required).

Turnaround time for a Texas Certificate of Fact is generally the same business day if ordered before 2pm EST.

A Texas Certificate of Good Standing is $55, which includes our processing fee plus the state fee. 

For an additional $25, you can upgrade to expedited processing and receive your certificate of fact within four hours.
