What Is a Registered Agent in Arizona?

A registered agent in Arizona is the designated individual or entity authorized to receive service of process, official legal documents, and correspondence from the Arizona Corporation Commission on behalf of your business. Arizona uses the Arizona Corporation Commission rather than a Secretary of State for business filings.
