Florida Certificate of Status

A Certificate of Status is an official document issued by the secretary of state that confirms that your entity is authorized to do business in that state. They are often referred to as a “Certificate of Existence” or “Certificate of Good Standing”.

A Certificate of Status confirms that your entity has paid taxes and submitted an annual report (if required).

Turnaround time is typically the same business day if ordered before 2pm.

A Florida Certificate of Status is $48.75, which includes our processing fee plus the state fee. 

For an additional $25, you can upgrade to expedited processing and receive your Certificate of Status within two hours.
