Disclaimer for Good Standing Orders:

Business Hours and Expedited Options: Please be aware that our ability to fulfill good standing orders is limited to our business hours, which are 8:00am-5:00pm CST from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during non-business hours will be processed on the next business day.

For expedited options, please note that orders must be placed before 2:00pm CST to ensure processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Method: Delivery of good standing certificates is provided via email. It is important to provide a valid email address during the ordering process to receive your certificate promptly.

Disclaimer: We strive to provide accurate and timely services to our customers. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or instant delivery of good standing orders due to factors beyond our control, including technical issues or delays caused by state authorities. While we make every effort to process orders promptly and provide timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions in the process.

Cancellations/Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our service, URA will make every effort to resolve the issue. If you remain dissatisfied after our attempts, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • To cancel registered agent service after URA is appointed, you must provide proof of filed change of registered agent or filed dissolution of the company from the Secretary of State. No refunds will be issued for services cancelled within the first year. After the first year, cancellations will be eligible for a refund on a pro-rated basis for up to six months, limited to full months only. Partial months will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for change of registered agent.
  • For transactional orders, any fees or charges incurred during the process, including but not limited to state fees, expedited services, and additional fees, may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please review all details carefully before placing your order to avoid errors. If inaccuracies occur, Universal Registered Agents reserves the right to rectify such errors and may contact you for additional information.
  • To request a refund, contact our customer support within two days of placing your order. Refunds will be processed within three to five days upon approval, using the original method of payment.
  • All funds paid to vendors and/or state agencies, including state filing fees and publication fees, are nonrefundable.
